Your banking information is never in our possession.
To benefit from your gift card, simply enter the gift card code in the box provided at the time of payment.
If the amount of the order is less than the value of the gift card, this will give rise to a credit note to be used on our website or in the shop.
If the amount of the order is higher than the value of the gift card, the difference will be payable at the time of payment using the payment method offered.
This service is not available on our website.
Delivery & order tracking
Our hats are sent to France via Chronopost (25€) and via Colissimo (30€) for all destinations outside France.
Our berets, shirts, overcoats … are sent via Colissimo whatever the destination:

Delivery times start from the confirmation of the order received by email:
4 to 5 days for France
4 to 10 days for any destination outside France
When your order is dispatched, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number and the carrier’s website.
You will then be able to follow the delivery steps of your package with complete peace of mind.

If your package is damaged (packaging with visible signs of opening and/or deterioration), we ask you not to accept it. Our parcels are prepared with care, they leave our workshops in excellent condition and must naturally be delivered to you in the same condition.
Return & exchange
You have the possibility of returning any item that does not suit you within 15 days from the date of receipt of your package.
In order to ensure the return of your order in the best conditions, we invite you to contact our customer service department. [email protected] mentioning your order number.
A Colissimo return voucher will then be sent to you by email.
Remember to keep the original cardboard box in order to ensure that your return package is well packed. Any item that is worn, damaged and/or without original labels cannot be returned.
We do not offer a standard exchange on our site.
For another size, a new model or a different colour, simply re-order.
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible.
Upon receipt of your return package in our workshop and after verification by our quality department, please allow 10 working days for reimbursement.
Please note that any payment with a gift card or credit note will result in a credit note being issued.
